Cho thịt xào vào chảo, nêm dầu hào, đảo đều. Xào đến khi phần nước sốt sánh lại và bám đều quanh miếng đậu hũ. Tắt bếp, rắc hành lá, trình bày ra đĩa. Món này dùng nóng với cơm.
